Shipping:
After confirm order payment, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail (please make sure the email is correct), and then we will take International Service and arrange shipment within 24h, after we shipped out order, we will send an email to you about order "Shipped Out" status, then we won't accept exchange or cancellation any more, So if you want to know the tracking number, please email to Emily.service@hotmail.com, and we will provide tracking number, you will be able to track online.
Delivery times usually depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 3-7 days of the shipped date.
Return Policy:
*we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
*If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Exchanges Policy:
*We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 20 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
*You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
*We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges; you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. But if you want to exchange the order before delivery, please contact us within 24h.We will try our best to service you.
Please do ask us for returning address, do not simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won't be successfully processed. Please also email us relevant tracking number at E-mail after you ship the package out.
Attention: 
1. All exchange or return products, must keep their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. 
2. You must contact us customer service within 3days when you receive your item. Hope we can understand each other. Any questions please mail us; we will attend to any matters and work together with you to resolve it.
